What We Pick Up

Our residential service covers the everyday trash and waste your household or community produces.

We also handle yard waste and bulk items with proper scheduling, so you don’t have to self‑haul or chase down extra pickups.

What’s Not Accepted

Hazardous waste, tires, oils, paint, and heavy construction debris cannot go in regular residential collection.

Please contact us with any questions so you know exactly what belongs at the curb.

Residents are asked not to place the following items in their garbage container: household chemicals, electronic waste (e.g., computer equipment), yard trimmings, hot ashes or coals, dead animals, and construction or demolition debris. These materials are prohibited due to safety and operational concerns. Chemicals and hot ashes pose a significant fire risk in collection vehicles. This includes paints and solvents.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Residents are required to place all containers or materials at the curb or edge of the street by 7:00 AM on the scheduled service day. Containers must be positioned with adequate spacing and kept clear of obstructions, including vehicles, mailboxes, and utility poles, and should be placed directly in front of the service address. More details will be included in your service agreement.

We primarily work with HOAs, municipalities, and property managers to serve entire neighborhoods and communities. In some areas, like the City of Brookside Village, we also contract directly with homeowners. Use our address look-up tool above to see if we service your area. Or, contact us directly, and we’ll let you know what options are available.

Most residential customers receive trash pickup once or twice per week, depending on the agreement with your HOA, city, or property manager. When service is set up, you’ll receive a schedule that clearly shows which days to set out your container or bags.

We typically provide 65‑ or 95‑gallon containers, depending on your volume and the program set by your HOA, city, or property manager. We can help you choose the right size for your household or community.

Bulk items require a scheduled bulk pickup and are not collected with regular trash. These pickups are offered at an additional cost and must be arranged in advance with us or through your HOA, city, or property manager, who will share dates, rules, and pricing.

Yard waste includes leaves, grass clippings, and small branches. Branches must be bundled with string, no larger than 3′ x 3′ and under 50 pounds per bundle. A maximum of 3 bags or bundles are allowed per pickup to help keep our routes running smoothly.
